That sounds like a stuck open injector.
I bought a set of refurbished injectors and the one for #2 cylinder was stuck open and filled the cylinder, the intake manifold. After pulling the spark plug, gas poured out.
Pulled the tsunami off the lower intake and the fuel was at the top of the runner.....
Exhaust wreaked of fuel, but wasn't coming out the tailpipe.
Smoked for hours afterwards.
Don't run it for long. It's washing the cylinder wall and could hydrolock the engine.
