It would bolt up, in theory. Unfortunately, the angle of the frame rails in the back are different, and the F series would be angled down very noticeably. Many of us here have had the same problem and purchased the Curt replacement. I think mine was something like $235ish. Without looking at the decal, I think that puts you at 12,000 trailer weight, and 1,200 tongue with with a WD hitch.
If you are towing heavier than that you will need the Super Hitch for about $600.
P.S. I just realized you are in Norway. Perhaps the Curt hitch could be shipped there from the States ? Otherwise, I think you are stuck looking for a used Excursion hitch..... which will probably be as bad as the one you are removing.
Thanks for reply. I will check out your tip about Curt Hitch. It's not easy to find used parts for excursions here, there are not many that have been salvaged yet.
