Rotella ELC-question

I went to tractor supply to get my coolant, Rotella ELC concentrate. Then, went to advance auto to pick up my fuel filters. While there, I saw they also had Rotella ELC concentrate. More expensive and not eligible for discount. But their bottle also said "NF". Nitrate free. Are these both the same stuff or are they different? And which is best for our 6.0?

The Rotella ELC Nitrite Free does not meet the CAT EC-1 rating that regular Rotella ELC does.

Thanks! I read the label for the NF and didn't catch that. I've got the right stuff then.
