So many problems

So ive been driving my f350 cc for a bit now.. ive had several issues that have not been resolved by ford.. .it constantly goes into regeneration. Dealer cleaned it out, go pick up the truck, they take me out to the truck to explain what they have done, machanic turns truck on, and low and behold it says exhaust filter 80% full. He was shocked as it just went through.regen .. i keep getting a service insta trac message.. oil change message. The a/c compressor does not work and my windows fog to the point i only has 3 inches of the winshield to see out of! It all started at 200 miles the truck now has 3k and its been to the dealer about 15 times... now it needs some sensor in the steering column and the right front brake squeals.. i told them last week to.order me a new one!..any one else have any issues like i do?

Non of these issues have been fixed. I took delivery of the truck oct 2016. I ordered it april 20th 16... all the dealer does it reflash the pcm. Tell me they are working with ford on a resolution and send me out the door... service advisor and deisel machanic says that i shouldn't be dealing with this as i have 100k into the truck (with upfitting).. its snowing today again, and again im not going to be able to see out of the windows and u have condensation dripping down my windows..i told the dealer with my windows fogged up so much you think i was having a little fun..they laughed..lol

I'd be interested to know what was done as far as unfitting?

Sorry To hear it. that sucks for sure. I'd be contacting a Ford (and the. Probably a lawyer knowing Ford) about a lemon law buyback for sure.

Ha that is when I Got my truck as well and when mr fort Mac did I believe. If your not getting resolution read your manual and fords site carefully.

"Ford Canada Warranty states it is obligated to repair, replace, or adjust defective parts as per the warranty agreement."

"Ford Canada states they are absolutely committed to customer satisfaction. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction is our global promise. Arriving at your destination safe and sound is what matters most to Ford."

Those quotes come right from Fords website and manuals. Start quoting those. The dealership and Ford are putting your safety at risk. Your not a satisfied customer. Strong words like these tend to get there attention.

You need to allow a reasonable amount of time for them to resolve the problems and if they fail to can start taking actions against them.

Is seeing the DPF filter % an option for upper trims only? I've been trough the menu dozens of times and have never seen that.

It has to be added by a dealer, IDS, or similar.

I had this problem at 900 miles and then again a few times between then and 1850 miles I have on it now and it kept doing it, service track, hill decent ,oil change light, blind spot all yellow error messages.. I took my truck in today and they are keeping it overnight and driving it in the morning to see if the codes come up. What a joke this is I spend $70k I should not have to see the dealer at all for years. I'm so frustrated I bought a ford should of stuck to my tundra . So now another day or time off work to get the pos. Ive made one payment on this truck and ive had issues since 900 miles (now has 1850) And to top all this off they tell me ford does not give loaner truck or cars out and a shuttle could give me a ride, are ya freakin kidding ?? Is the shuttle going to go to two different schools to get my kids? No there not so I have to call my wife to leave her job because my truck is a pile of s$it .
Does anyone have any idea if I can return this truck? Long shot but I have to ask.

No, you're not gonna be able to return it. Everything breaks, everything has issues. Ford will do loaners, you need a better dealer.

And what can you possibly tow with a Tundra? You'll need two! lol

(Maybe you can enjoy a rusty frame replacement under warranty after a few short years).

Unfortunately my two month old truck is at the dealership again for the second time and another weekend .They told me they have Ford engineers working on it yada yada
Just sent out my second payment and my truck has now spent 2 weeks at the dealer. I called Ford CS asked if I can just simply return since I started having issues 600 miles after I purchased it. Nope have to wait for it to break down and go to the shop 3 -4 times. It acted up last week when I was trailering my boat home in traffic last Friday I could not get my signals to work my buddy hanging out the window with his arm out to turn (right turn clyde)
It sucks because there is no other truck I like as much as this one never had anything like it .

Lemon Law it. Don't fart around. No more talk. No more, "We promise we'll fix it Tuesday."

Start the paperwork. Look into how it's don and do it. No more talking, bargaining, cajoling, negotiating....

ESPECIALLY no threats, 'I will do this or that or get a lawyer and spray paint your bathroom walls or yada-yada-yada........'

Do it.

I personally knew a girl who just lemon-lawed a Camaro and the Dealership crapped their pants. Gave her brand spanking new Camaro on trade for a few hundred bucks.

See -- Once a car or truck is Lemon-Lawed, they have to take it back and the Lemon Law stamp goes on the title. So it has virtually NO value. Might as take the good parts out of it and crush it.

At least if they can satisfy you and do a deal, they can take your truck to Auction and stick some poor sap with on some Used Car place with. Couldn't happen to nicer peeps, anyway.

No more playing, no more promises. Don't say a word to them about it. Just start the paperwork and present it to them when the Secretary of Agriculture (I think that's who handles it???) approves it.

Wanna see a Dealer trying to kiss your Butt? Go for it

I don't know what state big tow lives in but most of the info given here is certainly not true in my state.

Lemon law claims are against the manufacturer, not the dealer. The dealer may be just as pleased to get the customer out of the vehicle as the customer is.

In my state there must be at least three attempted repairs for the same concern, and the vehicle must be out of service for a minimum of thirty days. Even then there may be one final attempted repair.

If you retain a lawyer most dealers will simply shut down, and refer all questions to the manufacturer. They will be willing to do what ever the manufacturer suggest, but only what they suggest.

If the legal requirements for lemon law are not met, they don't have to take the vehicle back. I have never seen a title in our state with lemon law on it. Salvage yes, but not lemon law.

The best move is to get in touch with the CSR for the manufacturer and see if the service manager at the dealership will go to bat for you. You can always take it to another dealer. The attempted replies should be documented.
