Is there a way to "trick" this sensor that all of my tires are at the proper psi? If I put in the recommended amount of air, the truck bounces or dribbles like a basketball on road bumps and rides too hard. I had a 1997 F-350 for twenty years and put 330k miles on it when I sold it to get this new truck, and I always would keep 50 psi in all the tires, rode nice too and tires would last around 75/80k miles, then I would air them up if needed, but as a daily driver it was sweet.
I have 50 psi in mine now and love it, but the darn light is annoying me. Any ideas?
I think it can be re-programed in the computer, if not an old trick was to put four sensors in the spare tire and keep the spare at 80 psi not sure if that would work on a 2017 either.

Won't work. It's the rotation of the tire that wakes the TPMS sensor up from sleep so they would never turn on located in the spare.
