I was looking at another picture of a different unit that he sent me and I just noticed the console between the center seats which is what I really want he told me it was not a console
but a refrigerator
Thanks for sharing but I noticed a few items I didn't like about it.
Just being picky is all especially for the price. Wasn't a fan of how the molding in the cargo space with the words Super Duty lined up just looks like someone slapped it on there doesn't look flush.
Could be the camera but the photo where it shows your driver seat, looked like it was damaged but again could be camera.
The under carriage, why is the front showing signs of surface rust? The rest of the truck looked brand new which it is but you got a few items on there showing signs of rust. Perfectly normal if it had been sitting in climate to do so.
Blocks stacked in the rear and maybe I didn't see the photo but I saw no indication or signs of traction bars installed for those stacked blocks to help with axle roll.
Shocks were painted the red color so I was curious what brand those were. They looked like company bought product where they used cheap shocks and just slapped their name on them.
I also couldn't tell but front end didn't appear to have an adjustable track bar or maybe I missed that as well.
Hey I may be jealous because I want that setup in my F350 but it is truly an inspiration to do one. I will not pay that much but when I'm done with mine I'm sure it will not look as pretty as yours! I also won't have "0" miles on the clock to start with
***Correction*** You shocks are PROCOMP which is your entire Suspension setup I think. I don't have anything against PROCOMP they are good product I run that too I'm just surprised they didn't go with ICON or some other brand. Perhaps they have good reps with PROCOMP and got a good deal for advertisement purposes.
That surface rust is the norm for new Fords, and a lot of others lately. I just bought a 2017 Expedition brand new built in December 2016 and it has surface rust on things underneath that are cast and not coated; the diff, the diff bracket, the rear knuckles... It is highly annoying to see, especially with what these things cost these days, but it doesn't affect anything. My new steering setup I put on the Excursion from Moog looked just like the pics of this one after a few months and it did appear coated with something.
I test drove that thing a while back, nice truck. Inspired me to build my own. Congrats
When was it that you test drove it and I'm curious how long it was at the place and what they were asking for it at that time when I got it it had 248 miles on and I think they use it as a demo as they sent me some pictures of it had a couple shows
Everything on it is Procomp and it is warranted they also gave me free and extend a bumper-to-bumper warranty from three years to four years and on the Procomp stuff if there's an issue I can take it to four wheel parts out here. Procomp is definitely not the most noted suspension around they are more like an affordable option for a lot of people though
It was at the dealership, also had a white one, I think it was about this time last year. Told me they wanted $90k. Said the Procomp suspension was like $10k
