Diagnose this please

Well I am pretty sure I know what it is just wanna see what you think.

I have a 351w that was rebuilt maybe 1000 miles ago. Well I noticed the other day that a light white smoke more of a vapor not really smoke came out the driver exhaust pipe. One time it happen first thing in the morning second time it happened after I had started the engine and ran it in the afternoon however when I first started it nothing happened yet when I went out couple hours later to go somewhere I noticed it upon start up and I was paying attention both times. It looks more like a vapor and does not happen everytime not consistant no smell however only happen or so I have noticed in one exhaust pipe. Both times it has been humid and between 70 and mid 80's. I don't drive it often maybe couple times a week for no more than 20-30 miles the coolant has not moved from the line I filled it too. Don't tell me it is a head gasket I don't wanna hear it. Just kidding, I think that is what it is or for what ever reason moisture forming from the hot exhaust cooling but I am thrown by the fact it is only coming from the one side, just tell me it's not

is it true dual exhaust or is it a cat back system
i wouldnt worry to much about it my 85 302 did the same thing and it still might.
the most likely reason is its a good burning engine
a gas engine will create water if you have a good burn this looks like steam when it comes out of your exhaust

i seen a truck smoke like hell and spit out water one day and not the next. However the radiator was loaded with foam so I am convinced that the head gasket is bad. That truck has a rebuilt 390 with less then 2000 miles.

Do a leakdown test to confirm. It could just be a lower intake gasket leaking a bit.

True duals. Well I think I changed my mind on what it was, I think it is moisture building up. Here is why, this morning I went out 70 degrees and humid, started it up and it started to throw vapor out and I looked in my passenger mirror to see if I saw anything from the other exhuaust I didn't however I got out and looked and it was doing it. So they both do it off and on then, I put my hand at the end of the pipe and felt water spitting out and well I smelled it, nothing. If it were head gasket it should have a sweet if not distinct smell and there was quite a bit of moisture coming out, it would be noticable in the resevoir if it were leaking that much. So false alarm, just moisture, I thought it over and every vehicle I have owned or seen has done this to some degree, seems like this one is doing it a little more. Oh well, appreciate the responses
