Bronco ZF5 Swap

So I bought a 1993 F250 4X4 parts truck today. It's got the ZF and a 351 that hauls other than that it's the worst vehicle I've ever driven. I got it for a grand which up here in Canada is probably not that bad. Anyways the truck is speed density while the bronco (1994) is mass air and has a 302. I am aware that I am going to need a new flywheel. The truck has a new slave, clutch and pressure plate. I ran it through the gears no grinding or weird noises. I'm planning to swap throttle bodies or at the least the plates from truck to truck. So by my thinking I need the following?

Ecm from a manual F150 with mass air.
Flywheel for a 5.0.
Driveshafts from a bronco with a 5 speed?
Plastic bits around the steering wheel from a F150 with drivers airbag.

The truck is stock on 31s with an E4OD. Is there any chance I can reuse my driveshafts at least temporarily or no chance at all? The donor truck has a mint rad support which I'll be using, 32 inch all terrains which I'll be selling, new battery, water pump and alternator. I'm probably going to take the steering box off it as well and send the rest off to the scrap yard once I'm done poaching stuff off it. I plan to do the rear main, throw out bearing and pilot bearing while I'm in there. Going to keep the motor as a spare and maybe build it up some day.

Is there anything I'm forgetting?

Called the parts store an a flywheel is 113$ for the Luk one. Also had them pull up a ECM for a 1995 F150 5 Speed and those are 140$. The ford parts number is F4TFAVA is this the right computer? I asked the guy to search for mass air parts in his system and they show sensors for it so I should be pretty safe using that ecu? Is it plug and play into the E4OD plug? I can't find any of those trucks in the junk yards around here. I want to make sure as ECUs aren't returnable.

I also couldn't find a rear driveshaft from a Bronco with a 5 speed mazda tranny so I will probably be having it cut and balanced at pat's driveline.

I'm Planning to bypass the neutral safety switch and run the wiring for the clutch switch? That should be it right?

A 5 speed MAF computer may be hard to find. I don't know about Canada, but I have never found any info on one being built in the states. That's why my 95 5.0 five speed truck is speed density.

The parts store wants 140$ for a reman and the junkyards want 125 for one off a truck. My 94 is MAF and I've seen 5 speed I6s up here with MAF and as far as I can tell all or most of the 302s are MAF after 1994 at least up here. I was just hoping someone knew because I'd rather not spend 140$ for an ECU that doesn't work and end up using my auto pcm anyway

Alright I got the ZF in the truck got a manual maf ecm as well. Now I'm wondering about the ZF5 wiring harness as it's from a speed density truck and it has an 02 plug attached to it as well. Am I going to need to re wire it or can I just use it and have my reverse lights and 4x4 indicators work the way it is? I'm currently waiting for my driveshaft to be lengthened.

Well I got the truck buttoned up today. Drove it home and it idles pretty poorly. Couldn't get it to start with the manual pcm and put the auto back in so now it runs crappy. I'm getting a lot of engine noise from the tranny tunnel now. I still need to remove the auto shifter. I was just going to unbolt the shifter and leave the hole on the column or is that just a pain in the ***? I could just zip it off and leave it. Does anyone know about this computer thing? I'm wondering if I got a dud or if that computer won't run my fuel injection. It was for a 1995 F150 Mass air manual truck supposedly. Could really use some help on this one.

I don't know a whole bunch on ecms but what catch code is the manual computer? Does it have a factory for sticker on it?

Supposedly a '95, MAF was only available in the Automatic versions. The manual version is a Unicorn. I looked into this years ago when I did a MAF conversion on my '92, AOD transmission.

I had a '95, MAF donor harness but there was nothing to be found for a '95, Manual, with MAF. The '95 V8 5 speeds retained Speed Density. Only the '96 production year I6's with manual and Automatic versions got the OBD2 MAF system.

Post the Catch code off the PCM. Pretty sure it's gonna be a Speed Density setup.

Well I pulled codes off it and it gave me codes for a bad Map sensor so I guess that answers that. The junkyard agreed to take it back as they guaranteed that it was for a mass air truck. I'm probably going to leave the auto pcm in there. Been fighting a broken crossover tube on the back of the motor that got sheared off while stabbing the transmission I guess. Here's some pics of the swap I did it solo in 5 days pulling the tranny from the parts truck and getting the tranny in the bronco. I left the slave and master attached to the tranny so I wouldn't have to bleed it since I'm lazy.
