I am thinking it was pressured washed with too much water pressure by the previous owner.

X2 on the diesel spills. The company I work for does vinyl wraps on semi trailers and the trailers that have generators on them looking terrible around the fuel door because of diesel spills. Over time, diesel will work itself behind the vinyl and puddle up.

It is also covered with dust in those pictures. Hopefully I will get it back on Tuesday and will have a sunny day this week and can wash it to take some pictures to post.
