Need help again

I let the truck sit overnight, I just didn't have it in me to dive into it. So this efternoon I'll pull the valve covers and check. I've watched several videos by dieseltechron and others on how to do this. The bad thing is I have zero sense of smell. I've literally let my dog in the house after being sprayed by a skunk, so I may have to put a white towel over them and see what color comes out. There is moisture in my intake, under the EGR valve. I didn't post this, but after my repairs to the hpo system, my hpo pressure has been high when starting cold. I thought it was simply air working it's way out, but I've driven it closer to 500 miles since the repair. I was watching my SCII during the loss of power, and it seemed like the hpo pressure was high then too, but I was loaded and climbing a hill.
