As mentioned already, get the HD4R100 from a dealer and be done with it, prices start in the $2350 range or something like that. Dealer has the ability to mess with the price from there, so shopping around make be prudent. And DONT mention your current trans is failing while doing so...
I've had Dorman up pipes on mine for over a year, I beat the crap out of it, and it sees well over 1600° at least once daily. The Dorman's are fine, and I spent around $150 on Amazon to get them. Do them with the trans and enjoy a far simpler repair than I had.
I did manual hubs from Warn as I got tired of the ESOF system's bull****, never looked back since. Got them on sale for $175 new.
It's an old rig man, it's going to need some love and care. Diesels cost more to maintain than gassers period, no getting around that. You also have a list than reads like a premium parts and supplier list, do some shopping around and don't go so crazy on it.
I just went with the standard models @Bently_Coop. Needed them in a crunch during a road trip, plus funds were tight. They've been on for years with zero issues and frequent use, so personally I don't see the point in the extra money for premiums. Just my 2¢
