May sound weird, got a 2012 F250 I just picked up a couple months ago, got a wind whistle when she reaches speeds in excess of 60ish. Got me baffled, antenna, bumper, who the hell knows. Anyone else had this problem before? It's annoying for sure. I'm sure it's not mechanical.

Windshield is not sealing properly. If your ears are good enough to locate the spot it comes from, cover that area of the seal with masking tape and see if it stops. Keep at it until you do locate the place, then go to Ford shop and have them re-seal the windshield.
Good luck!
I get a wind whistle sometimes on my 2016 SDCC DRW, I don't notice it around town driving, it's always at highway speeds of 60+, sounds like it is in the front end area, it doesn't happen all the time, I figured it is a combination of the direction I am traveling and the speed / direction of the wind in the area creating turbulence around the bumper cutouts, grill or hood gaps, maybe it is something else but being that it doesn't happen all the time has me a little baffled.

Yeah, definitely sounds like it comes from the front of the truck. Got her cleaned up yesterday, and didn't see anything blatant. I'll check the door seals and sun roof today, who knows. Hard to reproduce quickly, backwoods are pretty slick and I'm about 15 miles to the highway...
A couple of times my truck made a kazoo like noise when driving down the highway into a headwind. I read others say the same thing. It's the way the windshield is put in.

This is what I experience too. I did the door seal mod, and while it did cut down on the 'door wind noise', I still notice the windshield noise.
Well good thing I really only drive it a couple days a week. New windshield for sure this summer, it's already fell victim to our winter roads. Sound was there before it cracked. -5 this morning so I'm sitting inside till I get some sun.
Changed wiper blades to the newer one piece aerodynamic OEM ones, and got rid of the old style "6 point mount" for lack of a better term really quieted mine down.
I have no doubt that it is the windshield. I have been dealing with it on my 2012 for a few years now. Keep waiting for a rock to bounce up there and take it out so I am not paying for a new one out of pocket. Was going to replace the seal which is the real issue but I have a lot of small chips and know a big one will come sooner or later.
Think i found it. Bumper valance wasn't flush. Ground was stupid cold and I was in wuss mode. Pushed it up a bit and and it snugged up about 1/4". Hit 70 on a straight stretch and no whistle. I'll pull it into the garage tomorrow and see how the thing is connected and cinch it up. Hope this is it.
