Hi Everyone - I am new to the forum. I presently have my original 1999 red F-250 and am looking for some input from everyone on the two reds offered (race red & ruby red) in the new Super duties! Appreciate your thoughts along with real life pictures as well!
Between the two the Ruby Red wins hands down. Was in my top 3 colors choices but ultimately stayed with white but went from my current Oxford white to White Platinum. I would have gone RR had my wifes minivan not been almost the same color
Ruby Red seems to be a Ford home run so far. It looks good on everything...from F450s to the GT350 Mustang.
Everytime I see this picture I think of Jennings Anderson Ford. I drove way over there one time in my life to buy a new 6.0 King Ranch when they were first launched. May not be the place, but it looks like it. Nice truck!
Agreed, while Ruby Red is not a color I would choose it doesn't bother me. Race Red is too orange like a half ripe tomato, its kind of annoying to look at. I tried to talk myself into a Race Red Raptor a few years back, couldn't get past the color.

Yeah....It's Jennings Anderson Ford. Been buying trucks from them for 20 years or so...
I had regular red on my last truck and liked it but could not get Magnetic under Race Red so I went with Ruby Red and Magnetic and glad I did. Here are a couple pictures. Has not been sunny that much on a nice day to get picture clean in the sun. Looks awesome in the sunlight!
