The customer service is truly the best. When I could not get my flaps to fit, they realized they sent the wrong ones and immediately FEDX'd the right ones. I called and asked where to ship the others, they said keep them and give them to some one with the right truck (SD with no rear fender liners).
This is my second pair of Duraflaps and they are excellent quality. They are available in LONG and it what I got since the rear of the truck sets up so high.
I ordered a set too, exactly like yours. I spoke with the owner of the company (who actually answered the phone) and spoke with him for 30 minutes. I found that this company has a major problem. It keeps outgrowing its manufacturing buildings.
This guy is smart, he invented those huge air dams that you see under the Semi-truck trailers that keep the tire spray from hitting cars beside them.
There's no "China" stickers on his flaps.

RJ, yea they run a good shop, customer svc is the some of the best around. They WILL make it right! That is worth a lot to you. Seen some companies you get the wrong part in the mail and they will NOT send out the correct part until they get the wrong part back.
Also the design of the flap itself, the inside is ribbed and that is smart, as it directs the tire spray down the flap instead of spraying all over the place and to the sides...
There's nothing cheap about those flaps. I had them on my 2014 F250 and they held up real well. Did you have any trouble mounting them Don?
RJ, I let the Ford house install them, thought I would throw some dollars back at the dealer and they charged $80 bucks to install. I bought the truck so cheap from them I let them do the install on the guards and my high idle. They are a good dealer with a good business model. They SELL trucks and if you want to buy a car they will order one for you. Small dealer, 2 sales guys, Gen Mgr and the Owner, they make their money on volume selling to ranchers, farmers etc. Those folks in turn will buy a car for the wife, kids etc.
You walk in everybody knowns you, greets you, the owner who is a cattle rancher is almost always there, just small town folks in jeans and boots...

Yeah Don, I have the West Virginia version of that here. Really nice guys that want to make a living, but not on one person. Everyone knows you by first name. People here don't have a lot of money, so truck sales are hurting. (the EPA has nearly killed all of the jobs here) The dealership has about eight 2017 Super Duties that have been sitting there for over 2 months now without a sale. It's sad.
I went with standard width for a SRW, but went with extra long due to how high the rear end of the truck sets.
The KR logo is not listed (????) but you just ask and you get it, why they don't list it I don't know??? I think they just have not updated the website in several years as I had the Duraflap and KR on my '15...
