No Speedometer, No Odometer, OD flashing, abs light on
So on to the next problem I need some help with on the project truck. 1999 f-250 7.3 diesel. Speedometer doesn't work and neither does the odometer, the ABS light stays on and once you start driving the OD light starts flashing and the truck starts shifting weird. I've changed the rear ABS/VSS sensor on the diff and the OSS on top of the transmission at the tail end. Still no luck, anyone else have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated

You need to read the codes I get why you replaced what you did but with out the codes your just hoping you get lucky you need all the transmission codes abs codes and engine codes. I wouldn't rule out wiring issue with that much going on you can replace every sensor on the truck but if the wiring is cut or shorted it won't do you any good. Also wouldn't hurt to go through and make sure all fuses are good even if just for piece of mind.

My first guess would be some sort of VSS error. Hard to say without reading the codes.
If your OD light is flashing, your transmission is telling you that it has error codes.
