Fuel line couplers

Fuel line couplers
Does anyone know the trick in disconnecting these from the fuel pump. Itried using the tol and that doesn't seem to work., unless I'm doing it wrong. Can anyone shed some light on this subkect?

look here, @ Billman's suggestion.
Unfortunately Patrick it appears (from here) that there wasn't much maint done to the Bronco; not the tank stuff, but other things, but if you persevere you'll get it on well!
