Incorrect Fuel Injector Pulse....HELP..
Put noid lite on 2 different injector leads. Same result from each.....
With key On no lite, crank and I see pulses.
From what I read this is incorrect. With key on noid should be lit and with cranking should see pulses of lite off.
What I am seeing is the inverse.
Any ideas as to what is wrong or is the description I read incorrect????

You are seeing normal function.
With the key on the ecm is not grounding the circuit to open the injector until it gets a PIP signal from the distributor.
When the engine is turning the computer grounds the circuit, allowing electricity to pass through the injector (or testlight)
