No reason to reserve the remote start for cold days...even when it's cool out, it's nice to get into a rig that's got a warm seat. First world problems and all....
The auto stop/start operated for the 1st time this morning.
Interesting watching the tach drop to zero. As I lifted my foot off the brake it lit back up and was running before I got to the throttle to move off. Fairly seamless.
I spoke with a friend (Pat) about his 2.7 last night, he says he doesn't notice the stop/start anymore. Pat delivers "emergency" parts around the southeast for an outfit named Motion Industries here in B'ham. He bought his truck 6 months ago and has already run up 58,000 miles on it.
I'm liking the auto stop/start feature. I spend so much time at lights & sitting in traffic this feature should save me some gas. It's kind of weird to watch the oil pressure drop to 0.
yes he’s a lucky kid but this “sport” truck is mine, it’s going to be in the Miller clan for decades, 5.0L V8 in that fun size will be always be a treat year after year when hybrid and 6cyl fully take over
He is 16.5 years old, in Massachusetts that’s the minimum age for a jr operator license aka Cinderella 5am/12am
22 Nissan Frontier lease 18 months $300 for my Josh, if he saves money I will match his down payment for ranger raptor next year, his teen older cousin saved $10k+ working @ chic fillet in less than a year
im not in a rush for this Race Red truck, before September would give me some warm months to enjoy her, November it’s going into hibernation (2wd V8)
Nice to see kids work hard for a goal. It’s rare these days. A truck ordered now would probably show up in late summer, just a wild *** guess though. Nothing is certain right now.
