Going back to MAP sensors
Just read that the newer Fords are going back to MAP sensors and ditching the MAF. Don't know about the other companies.
Anybody know why? I know that MAF sensors can easily get dirty and they're hard to clean. But MAP systems are only accurate over a limited amount of engine variability, as I understand it.
