For what it's worth, I have a 96 F150 ECM for a MAF 5.0 E4OD combination, but it also is OBDII 4 rows of pins, (104 pins) so it will not replace the EECIV with 3 rows of pins, (60pins).

Part # is F6TF-12A650-JE, catch code is TAD4

that will definitely not work. Not without a whole lot of unnecessary work.

You can use a computer from a 94 or 95 5.0 for your swap also. It will run but will need to be tuned to get the full benefits.

That will not work. Catch Code BUG0 is for a 5L MAF truck with a 4R70W transmission. Way different from an E4OD.
