I have not run across a rear disk brake conversion kit for a truck.
I don’t think anyone sells a kit but not sure.
But there is a kit for mustangs; maybe you could make it work. It would be the same axle, except for the case housing.
Call some companies up and see if it would work.

why do you want them? If it is just for the fact they won't swell under a load, find your local Russel brake line, or Swagelock distributor. They will be able to make the lines you want.
Wouldn’t the bolt pattern be different from the Lincoln, but 'I’m not sure. Ya know I think it is the same bolt pattern 5x5.5
Other than that I don’t think there would be a problem.
Here is a place that sells stock length braded hose, sorry it didn’t occur to me that you needed stock length or even shorter. When someone wants steel braided brake lines its usually because they installed a lift.
