Engine Swap

I put a 1995 4.9l into a 1997 F350 that originally had a 5.8l engine. Both vehicles use EECIV and I got the complete harness with the 4.9l. I have spark and fuel pressure at the rail but injectors are not firing, does anyone see any pin out issues with what I did? I just want to make sure the wiring is talking corrrectly and is not a potential issue with the injectors and hoping it is something else. I should mention I did change the PCM to a 1995 for a 4.9l with E4OD tranny so should be good there.

Check for voltage on one side of all the injectors with the key on. There should be a common colored wire to all the injectors on one side, and a different colored wire on the other. I can't remember if the six is batch fired or sequentially fired. If it's sequential it will have a different colored wire on one side of each injector. If it's batch fired some of the injectors will share the different colored wire.

The computer grounds that odd wire to make it fire.
