Hellwig rear sway bar
Just wondering if anyone has put a rear sway bar on their super duty and if you think it was worthwhile. Before camping season I plan to add a leaf to my rear suspension to stop the sag and am also thinking about the rear sway bar. I have a 2016 F250 with a 6.2. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

I have the same truck and I ordered mine with the Camper Package so it came with the sway bar and bigger spring pack. I know the Hellwig sway bar is heavier duty than what Ford uses.
I am putting a truck camper on my truck next month and everyone has told me they really help with the sway. I also put airbags on my truck and the upper Stableloads. Those are also something you might think about.

I towed a 9000 lb Travel Trailer. I used a Blue Ox Weight Distribution Hitch, Helwig Air Bags and the Helwig Sway Bar. With this set-up our towing was totally effortless. So yes, the Rear Sway Bar is worth every cent.

I have added the Hellwig Big Rig rear sway bar. It is a very nice and beefy unit. The OEM one is teeny and mounts down low on the axle. The Hellwig mounts above the axle over the front side.

This was the best addition as it allowed me to then use Torklift Stableloads to finetune the ride height with our Lance camper. One thing I will say that I don't particularly like is that with the upper Stableloads you will sometimes get a slap when you hit a bump from the Stableloads slapping the upper overload springs. I think that is just something you have to live with.
