Window sticker says I have heated rear seats and I paid $300 for them, but today when I went to turn them on, the climate control screen did not have an icon for them.
Anyone have it where the sticker was wrong? If so, did you file a claim with Ford?
The buttons are located on the center center console above the power port. They do not show up on the display screen, just the front climate controls do.

It will be interesting to see how Ford corrects this. From what I've read, gone are the days of a "universal" wiring harness and each truck has it's wiring harness built per the truck order.
Hopefully they can just swap the rear seats and center console and all will simply plug-in.
Dealer can fix, it won't be fun, they will need the switch kit, the heating elements, the harnesses, and they will have to take a bunch of stuff apart to install it all lkpike the console and the floor liner.
If your window sticker shows them and you don't have the buttons on your console...I'd also check the VIN on the window sticker and make sure it matches the VIN on the truck. That may be a less likely error, but certainly worth a look.
Either way, you should make them correct it or refund your money for the option, since you paid for it.
