Wheel offset pictures

I've seen a bunch of comments about offsets and tire stickout on the new SD trucks and thought we should have a thread where people can post their wheel/tire combo (pictures) so we can all learn and benefit from there choices. If you have installed aftermarket wheels and tires, could you take a couple pics and post them! Maybe one from the front of the truck and one down the side to show how much the tire sticks out from the body. My personal choice is 35x12.5 toyos and going back and forth between 20x9 +18 or +0. I know the measurement numbers but I would sure like to see a few pictures before pulling the trigger! Thanks

Here is a great wheel/tire calculator to do all the math for you.

Great idea! Also check out tiresize.com...several very helpful calculators.

I found this online, is exactly what I am going to do:

- 20x10 Sota REPR's -19 Offset (3600 lbs load rating). Black and machined finish
- 35x12.5x20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers (I am going to do 13.5" wide...12 ply tire, 3750 lbs, 80 psi.
- 2" level

This 10" wide wheel, with a -19 offset gets the tire almost an inch further out on the inside, and 3.67" out on the outside. No rubbing, all clear.

Our 20" PVD stock wheels are 20x8, with a +40 offset...sucked way in. Also, wheels are rated for 3590 lbs load.

I am hoping to fit more less same tire combo and get a full spare under the bed of the truck.

I have 20x9 +6 offset wheel with 35x12.5 tire hopefully cooper stt but might try something else for a change. It seems like the +6 should fit based on posts here without stickout to much. As for the spare I am just hoping.

Plenty of room from what I've learned. I believe you could go all the way to +40 and be fine...with a 35" tall tire. Epic experienced rubbing on his stock wheels with 37's due more to the height than the width.

I went with the Michelins 295x70x18 E rated @ 34.5" tall
Wheels are 18X9 with +18 offset.
Tires ride extremely quite and smooth and rated @ 4080 Max Load @ 80 psi. Been running these since the Armstrong Tru Trak's disappeared years ago.
Crappy picture but been raining off and on for a week since I installed them.

Great start to the thread! It's really difficult to see the effect of the different offsets from the off center and side pictures. Maybe we can get some from the front and viewing down one side?

I'm running 20x10's with a -19 offset (37x13.5x20 Open Country RT's)...tread blocks are nearly flush to flares, some sidewall poke when looking down the body.

Depending on the flare you get will also govern the coverage... I believe Stewy's style gives an additional 1.5" of coverage while mine gives 2". Mine sits the same as Stewy's in that the tread is flush with the sidewall lugs mainly sticking out. I'm on 22x10.5 @ -25 woth Toyo MTs 37x13.5. I can get a better picture when it's light outside if needed.

22/12” MotoMetal -44 offset. Really wanting to pick up a set of Bushwacker fender flares due to the fact I throw rocks like crazy but I don’t have an extra 800 dollars laying around.

There's less expensive options all over eBay.

I bought a 4pc EAG set (mainly to use the rears) for the front I ordered the OEM front flares from the F-450. P.S. Order them using the VIN # off any F450 & make sure to order the all black color not the paint to match (those will be a lot more expensive and need to be painted anyway)
