5th Wheel Hitch Prep Package?

Has anyone installed the Ford 5th wheel hitch prep package themselves? It looks just like the Reese Elite under bed rail system which does not require bed removal. Is the Ford system actually the Reese system with a Ford logo or are there differences? They are both priced almost the same.

I had the prep done at the factory. I use the B&W 3300 Companion and it fits right in the pucks, like the resse does.

Yes it's made by Reese and from what I've read it installs easier if you lift up the rear of the bed a few inches.
