2007 E-250 Electrical issues

2007 E-250 Electrical issues
I lost dome lights, radio, power windows and gauges needles. Other than that the van runs fine.
In the Passenger Compartment Fuse Box, fuses 3, 4, 11, 27, 30, 33 and 39 aren't getting any voltage across them when I check with a multimeter but the fuses look fine.
Everything in the Power Distribution Box under the hood tested fine including relays but when I took out the accessory delay relay and it worked the same way.
How do I figure out where the issue is and what needs to be fixed? It stems from replacing the OEM radio, I suspect something shorted out somehow.

If you replace the radio, back-track from there, remove the new radio and see what the results are, you could have very well crossed wired something at that point.
Did you use an adapter kit for the after market radio, or just spliced into the OEM radio harness??
Other wise, you said the van runs fine, it starts with out a problem??
Reason I ask, when the alternator died in my '05, I lost all the dash gauges and dome light (no power windows here) and just made it back to my shop before it totally died running off just the battery. And yes, '05-'08 are the same wiring systems.
