Basic Question: Block Heater and Battery Heaters

It's suppose to get to -30 or colder ambient temp here the next couple of days. Highs will be in the negative teens. I wasn't planning on driving the truck until this weekend. Would you leave the block heater and the battery heater pads plugged in the 24/7 during this cold snap? Anything detrimental besides electric bill?

I'd definitely leave both plugged in. It's not going to hurt anything.
