Thinking of selling my 2011 F250. Thoughts on price?

Hey guys.. this forum has been awesome for information and assistance with the project; I'm thinking of selling, hoping you all might be able to offer some input on price or of it's even worth trying to sell it.

It's a 2011 Ford F250 6.7L Diesel - King Ranch - 37" XTreme MT2 - FX4 with about 78k miles.

  • Offroad 4x4
  • Crew Cab, FX4 Offroad Package
  • 37" XTreme MT2 Tires
  • 1.5" Solid Steel wheel spacers
  • 6 Speed Automatic
  • White Platinum with Tan
  • Saddle color leather interior
  • ReadyLift SST Stage 4 Lift/Level kit, 3.5" Front, 1" Rear
  • Road Armor 611R4B front Stealth winch bumper custom painted to match tan trim
  • Rigid Industries LED Flood lights (2) and HyperSpot lights (2)
  • Stage 3 ANZO U-Bar Projector headlights with LED accent lights
  • Stage 3 ANZO Clear/Amber LED mirror marker lights
  • Stage 3 ANZO LED red tail lights, and 3rd brake lights
  • Two 3/4 D-Ring Shackles, Zinc
  • XRC 9.5K Winch Gen2, w/ Roller Fairlead
  • SCT X4 Competition Tuner
  • Flo-Pro 5" Downpipe back exhaust w/ Muffler
  • 5-6" Stainless Rolled Angle Exhaust Tip
  • S&B Cold Air Intake
  • Rudy's Diesel DPF/EGR Delete
  • Peragon Custom roller accordion bed cover, painted White Platinum
  • B&W Gooseneck hitch w/ turnover ball

Maybe missing some things, but I think that pretty much covers it.

I'd look at comparables on something like Ebay to get an idea. Also look at your local used car ads, including dealer websites. I think some will give you an offer online - liwball, of course - but might help you.

All I can say is I hope you are replacing it with something dang nice because that is an awesome truck that you have put a lot into. You might regret getting rid of it.

Beautiful truck.
Unfortunately chances are a deleted truck might be hard for a Dealer to sell. IDK, but Private Party may be your best option. Especially if you are expecting anything for your accessories. If you still have any of the O.E. parts you replaced, possibly re-installing them and take your chances with your accessories on Craig List Or E-Bay.

Great looking truck. If you can't get the very high side of retail, I would strongly consider putting it back to stock. Used super duty parts sell easy.

I have a request for some pics showing the offset on the wheels with the spacers. Did you have to cut the wheel studs to use the 1.5" spacers?

Check KBB , Dealers in your area, Craigslist in your state and EBay as well I would go thr private route , I think you will get the best bang for your buck there.

Watch out for those idiot brokers who call you up after your post an ad and try and tell you they have tons of buyers lined up for your truck and for 250.00 fee up front they can get your truck sold for you...Oldest scam in the book.

When you go to advertise it, pull an Oasis report for your truck and have the receipts for any work or maintenance you have done on the truck, ready to show em if they want to come see it. That will only help in your sale.

Very nice rig, so I gotta ask why would you want to sell this bad boy?

Generally stock trucks bring top dollar, though I think you did a very tasteful job accessorizing your rig. It's nice that you took the time to paint match. Still you'll generally get more selling the parts separate and bringing the truck back to stock configuration. Removing the emissions is illegal, and that won't appeal to everyone.

Otherwise, just check out KBB private party sales and compare to craigslist. Don't add "value" due to investment of modifications.

Really Nice truck!
Depends on who's buying. But good job with the sneaky way to advertise it.
Personally, I'd low ball on a 2011 nearing the 100k mark for fear of the potential broken exhaust valves

A 2011 clean dry rust free truck will bring in 30K all day up north. Especially a well maintained accident, rust free, Diesel, KR.

My 2011 is not nearly as nice or have as many addons but I took my 2011 F250 6.2 4x2 with only 62,000 miles on it to dealership yesterday and got an offer of 14,000 it is an XLT package with towing back up camera sidesteps nothing fancy but I was expecting more than that for an offer. This is also in CO though.

They are called Stealerships for a reason. My 11 is in great shape. Its still worth 20-25K where I am. Used SDs are hard to come by in good condition and nobody wants a glorified 17 150 SD err I mean 250-350 SD.

It'd take an idiot to sell their '11 F250 King Ranch 4x4 for $17-22k when the cheapest '11-'16 on autotrader at this exact moment is listed for over $39K in the greater metropolitan Phoenix area....wouldn't matter what part of AZ I'm fairly certain anyone would travel considerable distance to save $17,000.
