Hey guys I was looking at 6.0 bulletproof kits and I ran across this sinister kit http://sinisterdiesel.com/i-24076076-sinister-diesel-complete-solution-w-egr-cooler-square-20mm-black-diamond-coolant-filter-heads-up-kit.html
I wanted to know it this kit has all the bulletproofing parts that go bad on the truck. Will this kit make the truck more reliable and how much would it cost to install and or would it be hard to do it in the garage at home. Thanks
Well ,my 2021 F350 has 23,000 miles coming from PA to TX truck stopped in Baton Rough LA off I-10 had to get towed to a ford dealer. They said water in my diesel fuel pump came apart. $17,000 later fixed in Texas now till the end of March then back to PA. I have a transfer flow in-bed extra 50 gallon tank. The Ford dealer in Baton Rough blamed it for the water in diesel and dirt. SO bought the CP4 disaster kit Ford dealer down here will install it Wed morning. I am also getting them to remove the 50 gallon in bed transfer flow tank. With that gone and the new cp4 disaster kit I hope this does not happen again. Ford said water in diesel no warranty but to my surprise my truck insurance co reimbursed me. Ford and Ford dealer said nothing will prevent this from happening again but my hope it that the disaster fuel filter will save replacing everything. This is my 3rd F350 and my last may cell it when I return to PA.
