Could be hard to find, but Pete and I have given good recommendations to find this leak.

It is now smoking white on take off from red light or stop sign

First, only take off from green lights.
Can you smell the smoke at the tail pipe? Smell like raw diesel fuel or antifreeze? Any tinge of color like blue or is it pure white?

Update

I got off work and drive the truck until it warmed up tore it all back down and cranked without the valve covers I don't see a oil leak. Checked it with air key on engine off and I hear air from the back driver side towards the v of the engine. If I turn the key off it gets louder. I can not hear any air leaking from the passenger side at all. Would the driver side be the stand pipe? When I take the stand pipe out the bottom half stays in the head so I have not checked that o-ring.

You need to actuate the IPR with 12v to close it. You're probably hearing it bleeding off.
Also are they new updated standpipes with white split ring seal?

I don't think the stand pipes have the white rings but the dummy plugs do. With the key on dose it out 12 volts the ipr?

You need a wire to run 12v to the IPR, it won't work correctly by turning the key.

Your hearing air at the back because the IPR is open, you need the 12v applied to close it.

Also when i take the oil filter out and hold the drain down it takes 7 seconds to fill the oil housing to the top. Are these small bubbles a concern

Apply the 12v to shut the IPR, then put the air to it.
The oil filter bowl feeds the pump and you filled it with air, it's normal.

I wouldn't worry about that yet, let's find the leak.
