Help an Old Guy

3 years after starting my rebuild, ('77 F100 custom automatic long bed with 302 and power steering) I have started putting parts back on. There is a bracket attached to the front cross member just in front of the steering gear. (Photo attached) Can anyone tell me what goes there?

That's where the brake hard line and brake hose join and are secured by a clip to the bracket.
