it's a mystery
after checking the compression all was fine
I started by loosening the gas cap removed the relays, disconnected the battery and pushed the fuel valve
took off throttle body , then started removing bolts to intake to upper half off after many cuss words at on bolt that wasn't coming loose i decided to loosen the bolts on the fuel rail i had enough room to pull the # 2 injector out, replaced the injector, and re seated them, re tightened down all the bolts and replaced the throttle body, replaced the pcv valve seeing how i broke the other one. I started the truck it bubbled and farted then died, not it won't start at all it'll fire but cut it's self off. am i supposed to purge the line? did i miss something cranked on it can hear fuel pump humming wondering if fuel relay is bad ?
Might be helpful to post up the compression Numbers on Each cylinder.
On the no run, you might try some starting fluid, or propane in the intake manifold & if it'll run ok, then hook up your fuel pressure gauge & do the volume/flow rate test, as that'll purge/burp the fuel rail & tell how the pump & fuel filter are flowing, then the pressure test will tell how robust the fuel pump is & how sound the fittings & injectors are/if they'll hold pressure for a long time after the pump turns off.
didij what are gonna do with you, if you'd just slow down, take a deep breath & review your thread's answers, before jumping into the next phase of your trouble shoot, they might save you some time & frustration.
I know your getting frustrated when a procedure doesn't fix things right away, but the results you get & post up are telling & help us suggest which next step is best to take in solving a problem.
If it'll run on the propane, then you'll know low fuel level & being parked on a slope might be a problem & the pump flow & pressure test would also tattle on that possibility.
Would be helpful to know the resistance of All of the injectors.
Sooner, or later your gonna get er fixed, so keep us posted on how it goes & the forum will stay with it as long as you will.
