Gooseneck Hitch Install

Has anyone had one installed by the dealer? Is it the same part that is installed had i ordered the prep? I normally go with the B&W turnover but have always struggled with the safety chain attachments. The Ford/Reese pucks look like it's would be much easier to hook up the chains.

the prep contains the hardware, but you need to order the ball or have the dealer provide.

The ball will come with the attachments to go into the pucks for the chains.

I had mine with 5th wheel/gooseneck hitch and also ordered the gooseneck kit, wich is the ball and the attachments for chains, it came in a bag so you can put it back on it and storage it inside your truck(it's what I do because it's pretty simple to install and removed and by that easy to stole)
