Generous seating

It will be a while, but I may as well be keeping my eyes open for seating options for our 55 f100. We have a growing boy, and the three of us will be going into town with the truck and local shows...so 45 minute trips most. I would like to consume the entire cab width, as I am wide shouldered and the boy is on the way too. Tank will not be in the cab. AND, I would like to have or add headrests. The possibility of an accident and the back glass is a major safety concern of mine that I would like to address. And of course I have to figure out seat belts as well. Asides from all of that, it ought to be simple right?

Any suggestions you guys have used?

I used a mid 90's Chevy in my 56. They fill the cab nicely, have head rests and you just run the seatbelts to the floor. I did not use the headrests on mine.
