Rear brake light issue
I don't have any rear park lights except my third brake is always lit and super bright ( it's an eBay special cheapo led) and when I hit my brakes my 3rd brake and both my tails flash. Doesn't matter which side I turn on all flash. And they don't light up when I brake. Any insight is appreciated

You have to be CLEAR about what the problem is (as well as WHAT you're working on).
Get rid of the ebay special LEDs (at least unplug them to eliminate them as a current issue), all it's doing is confusing the issue further.
Most likely, you have an open ground, but you've got too many things going on and your description is confusing.
