Thank you! They're my favorite OE wheel for the trucks.

Nice truck man really like it makes me want my Excursion back. My wife has hers but damn I miss mine.
True enough! I curse it when I have to crawl around on the ground though.

Thanks for the compliment. If it can conjure some sold-excursion-regret then I'd say job well done.

Chrome in the bumpers looks good with the wheels on yours. I went with black rims, so still looking to get rid of the chrome in my bumpers.
Thanks! Yes the inspiration for mine uses color matched bumpers and black wheels and looks great. I agree, I think with the wheels right now the chrome is balanced and it works. I was thinking of doing a translucent black powdercoat on these wheels but now I don't know.

Talk to me about those headlights. I've never seen them before.

Where do they come from?

I've got different headlights coming so PM me if you like them.

Here's a link to mine. There are various similar models by a few different manufacturers but this should get you started.

how difficult is the cladding removal ? I like the way yours looks with it gone. Mine was painted to match the body, but it still looks like it doesnt belong there

Pretty easy. I used a "plastic razor" and pulled. Mostly pulled but keep the pressure close to the point of separation if you want to prevent warping the cladding. There are some body clips and screws to remove too.

The harder part is the adhesive. I used an adhesive eraser wheel on a drill to pull that off, then a rub down with goo gone, and finally buffing to clean the paint. That white process took about 10 hours but I'm just a Joe in a garage.

Installed the headlights and pulled the tan grill insert out. Still not sure what I'm going to do for a grill. Got it washed just in time for a couple twilight shots.

If you don't mind, what are the exact specs on the wheel and spacers?
Year, model, parts numbers which vendor...
I'm going round and round on trying get specifics on what I want to do and your setup looks perfect.

Your rig looks great.

Thank you!

These are OEM 20" wheels used on F-series from 2011 until I think 2016, maybe only 2015.

They are 20x8 with a 40mm offset.

The spacers are hubcentric 2" thick. These are made my "Street Dirt Track" aka "SDT", which can be found on ebay. I do *not* recommend these spacers without first seeing the work involved to make them fit on the rear. Here is a post I made discussing them. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post16859626

In that same thread someone else comments that BORA makes the same thing, but they fit all around no problem. So SDT are cheaper and need some work, or BORA is some more money but doesn't need work (allegedly).

Another option is WheelAdapter.com is your number one source for wheel adapters, wheel spacers, used wheels, and wheel studs. and they come very highly regarded with plenty of people saying they just go on without problems, they are steel instead of aluminum, and they aren't cheap. Pick your poison.

The tires are factory late model F-series tires, 275/65r20

The suspension is X/modded C springs from ATS, with SDT 2" drop shackles in the front to bring the nose up some.
