Here's a YouTube that mostly focuses on the vacuum system, but it also shows the relays

I think the guys who know this system best are in the 1999-2003 7.3 diesel forum.

I have been reading about relays now, one engages the transfer case and one disengages it. Do yours click when you turn your switch? I found a couple of discussions where folks with the same problem replace the relays and all was well.

No I haven't heard them click but I did swap them around with the other 2

With no clicking or lights, there is just no power. There can't be. I am trying to find a wiring diagram, unless you already have one.
