parking light won't work

parking light won't work
when i turn my head lights on..the passenger side parking light won't work..lastweek the blinker and the parking like would not work..it was a ground wire in the back..the blinker works fine now..but not the parking light ..i do have power to both the blinker and parking light..i have tried numerous bulbs in it..i even pulled the connecter out a little on the socket..thinking it was not making contact..that does not seam to work either..anyone have any info the can tell me?????

You say you do have power on the wire going into the back of the socket? If so, take the bulb out, and put your test light or meter on the pin down in the bottom of the socket to see if you have power. If you do, then put the negative of your meter on the pin that rubs the outside of the bulb(this is ground for the socket), and the positive on the pin at the bottom of the socket, and see if you have voltage
