Actually, after looking at the pictures more closely, it looks like it was really recently painted. Black overspray on the tires, and the rear inner tire on driver's side has the same color over spray that the body is. Somebody did a quickly sloppy paint job to make it look good.

 

that green on the inside dual was the first thing I saw and I thought the same thing. New shiny paint is always a big red flag to me. I'd take an old faded out original paint job any day.
