The piston can't get in the way of fluid coming out of the bleeder.
Are you saying that with the bleeder open and the master cylinder full of fluid, pumping on the brakes doesn't make any fluid pour out of that bleeder? If that is really the case (and it would be quite rare) I would work backwards, removing pieces of the brake line until you find where the blockage is.

Yes correct, that's what led me to the question about the unit that is located under the master cylinder. That is where the supply line goes to. Which is my next move. Thank you
Alright I think maybe I should start from the beginning, going crazy here. I was experiencing violent shakes in the front end when I would apply the brakes then a couple days later I blew a brake line leaving work. I then proceeded to drive home (30 miles) nice n slow. The blown brake line was back by the gas tank along the frame. I recently fixed the line then started the bleeding. I'm wondering if I should have done something different before bleeding. Is there a chance that I could have caused damage somewhere. Could I have possibly caused some kind of vapor lock within the system. I don't know.
For some reason today I was able to bleed my caliper but not before I noticed a relay switch clicking under my dashboard. I pulled out what was the #2 relay and the clicking stopped.
Could the brake @ABS system be causing pcm issues?
No such thing as vapor lock in a brake system and the pcm isn't related to the system at all.
Honestly it sounds like the ABS pump isn't letting the fluid through. I really don't know that much about the ABS pumps on these trucks, to be honest. Maybe someone else will know something about it... have you also tried searching or posting in the forum specific to the truck?
What happens if you take the hose off the caliper? Does fluid run out? What happens if you pump it? You should get a nice spray of fluid out of the hose when you do. Is it just the one wheel that's giving you trouble? Have you tried any of the others?

Thanks for the help Andy, I'll double check these issues when I get to the house. Thanks again I kinda figured the vapor lock thing was a joke but you know how process of elimination is. I also think I've got some more under lying issues with this truck.
