8.8 axle differences?

Can someone explain what is the difference between the series of 8.8 axles found in a 97 f150 4.6 4x4?

Basically trying to source a RH axle for the truck, and I found all these difference series and I want to make sure what ones if any are the same? The tag on the axle said 869.

869 is listed for both sides in your photos.
What do you want beside that?
Axles are different bearing sizes and in some cases the number of splines that go into the center section.
Good luck.

I was asking if any interchange. However I've got it taken care of.
