PSOM calibration

I was reading about recalibration of the psom, but all I've seen is doing this on f150s and broncos and only with the auto trans. I have an f350 460 5 speed. Will the process be the same for my pickup? I have 35s on it and wouldn't mind making the speedo correct. Also curious if the tires not matching the calibration will affect the speed density efi.

Be sure to use the correct value for the exciter ring tooth count in the conversion equation.
