My wife wants to get me some rubber mats for my new Platinum F350. I have never had them before. I would like to have the cool platinum entry light uncovered so who has what and how do you like it?
I've had all three, many times over. I keep coming back to Weathertech. Recently while at a local truck custom shop I asked the owner (who has hundreds of sets stacked everywhere) which one he recommended. He said Weathertech. He said that many people who order the other brands end up coming back to buy them.
This is just my opinion.
I really like the ford super duty brand mat. I have a platinum and they don't cover the lighted "platinum". PERFECT FIT, SUBTLE LOOK! Very happy with my choice!
ive had weather tec in last 5 or six trucks . I'm going to try husky for the hell of it .. I'm sure both are excellent results . never a stain with weather tec /
I've always done Husky, but almost went Weathertech this time because they offer a brown which is closer to the king ranch interior color. My neighbor who has always had weathertech tells me my Husky liner stay put way better than his Weathertech so i stayed with Husky.
I guess I'm just lucky but I've never had a problem with my Weathertech's moving around.
Also, I always buy the black liners. As they start to age and fade a bit, I just shoot them with some black interior dye and they look like new again.
Similar story here, been running WeatherTechs for years, trying Husky Liners on this truck. The soft WeatherTechs are grooved but no deep pocket to them. The laser formed WeatherTechs are a harder plastic I did not care for. The Huskys are deep pocketed and a nice soft rubber compound.
I have the Weather Tech liners. They seem to fit great. I see no issue with them moving around. The driver side attaches to the 2 anchors in the carpet and the passenger side uses 2 puck looking things with spikes on them on the passenger. No complaints from me. I had mine in the truck the day after I picked it up which was lucky since it snowed that day and made a huge mess.
