Put it to work!

But really, most states do allow some leeway for getting products to market. Varies by state.
NH is the same way, although we don't have a dedicated division like VT does. State Police do the job.
I wasn't there, maybe nobody was around for miles and it was OK, but that would be dangerous around here.
I like having DOT officers around to catch the idiots that are pulling 45,000lb boats with F450's, and guys pulling trailers with materials and/or equipment that isn't secured.
i think farmers should get a bit of a break, but only to a point, if what you are doing is dangerous than something needs to be done about it.

place of processing, market, or storage; or
(b) Farm supplies from the place of loading to the farm.
(c) For the purpose participating in equine activities or attending livestock shows, as defined in Sec. 87.001 Civil Practice & Remedies Code.
*A specialty license plate under section 502.433 and 502.146 (farm vehicle registration and farm trailer registration) cannot be issued unless the vehicles owner provides a registration number issued by the comptroller under Section 151.1551, Tax code.
* Farm trailer and Semi-trailers are generally exempt from Texas Motor Vehicle Inspection. If the vehicle has a combined gross vehicle weight rating, registered weight, or gross weight of 48,000 pounds or more, the vehicle is required to display a Texas Commercial Vehicle Inspection Certificate.
Also, could you show me the calculation where my tires are overloaded? My calculation is as follows:
Rear of truck weighs about 4000#s
Rear tires are rated at 4080 each = 8160#s
Leaves a payload of 4160#s
Total loaded trailer weight of about 25000#s x 15% pin weight = 3750#s
Looks like I'm good by several hundred pounds.
