Headliner board?
Hi, I'm currently rebuilding my 1984 f-250 and I was wondering what a good material was for making a headliner board because my old one was rotting and was unsalvageable so I was wondering what a good replacement would be that would be cheaper than ordering a full headliner since I already have the fabric for it

I have the old one lying around somewhere if I find it it could be used as a template which would make it a little easier than fully from scratch

I've heard some people use the corrugated plastic that they make yard signs out of. Maybe a sign maker could help.
