2003 ford expedition won't start
I'm going to get right into this the other day I went out to my truck to start it and battery was dead so I went to buy a new one put it in and still won't start. Now I have power turns over but won't start still. I had a friend come over and he hit has tank or something and it started up i left it run for awhile cause I want to let the engine run for a bit because hasn't been started for a week went to parts store bought new battery terminal because one got cracked when changing now again won't start tried hitting gas tank like he did and no luck. Any ideas I'm lost?

Was it sitting a long time when the battery died?
You should have around 12.5v just sitting and it will drop to around 10-10.5v when the starter is turning.
If it gets below 9.5v the electronics probably won't fire the plugs.
If it's turning over and not starting do you hear the fuel pump run?
Hitting the fuel tank may shake a sticky fuel pump enough to get it to run.
What is the fuel pressure at the fuel rail test port?
Should be around 30-35 PSI.
When the ignition switch is first turned to RUN the fuel pump will get power for a few seconds and pressurize the system.
The fuel pump will get power again when the switch is turned to START and the engine fires up.
If you do not have fuel pressure at the fuel rail test port check for power getting to the pump before changing the pump.
The fuel pump relay may be bad.
You can check for 12v at the inertia switch connector and make sure the inertia switch is reset.
