^ Go to the super duty build site and the chat window will pop up, agree to chat and go from there.

How long is it taking for you guys to get a vin? What about order number? I saw a vehicle can be tracked using order number and dealer code in another thread. I ordered 12/23/2016 and ford has no record of my order number ( number at the top left of my VOC).

In the middle of the page click on "Start Vehicle Chat"

Did you use the order number in the upper left corner of your vehicle order confirmation sheet? I know they were supposedly closed for the holidays, but i would at least think my order would be processing or something of the like.

I chatted with them and got: The current status is 'In Production' and the estimated end date is January 29, 2017.
Does that mean it is too late to add the camper package and 360 cameras?
