Fuel cap placement
Where/how do you guys place the cap while fueling? On my 6.4, the area around the fuel door was all scratched up after some time from just letting it hang while filling.

It's black plastic on black plastic so a bit hard to see, just hang the strap on it to the fuel cap, cap hangs down away from the side of the truck nicely.

That pic is of the last SD, the 2017 door is plastic
. The inside of the '17 door is black plastic with a similar small hook. I have always hung the cap on it, it does not touch the bed that way.
