So I have a 95 f250 7.3 standard I replaced the turbo pedestal o rings and installed a intercooler from a 2003 7.3 I also removed the fuel bowl to remove a mouse nest from underneath, so I put everything back together whent to fire up the truck started right up ran for few seconds and died (probably air in the line) whent to try and blead it and my glow plug relay wouldn't work and the light doesn't come on in the cab also obd2 scanner can't connect to the computer (I know it is supposed to cuz I've done it before with my Bluetooth scanner) it won't start at all now I cracked the return fuel line and it pours fuel out so seems like it should be blead so I got my dad to pull it while I dumped the clutch and tried to pull start it. Still wouldn't start I don't know what the problem is has anybody ever delta with this before? Thanks in advance
Ps sorry for the bad wording I suck at trying to explain things
Did you check the wiring under the fuel bowl? Mouse ate through some wires? Check the nut on the ipr? And the connection? Check fuel pressure?
The wiring is good I've gone over it a bunch of times. And the nut is still on the ipr what I find weird is that it started but once it stalled it wouldn't start again, I'm gonna take the ipr out and clean it,
About 5 post down there is a flow chart for a no start. It is 95 7.3 will not start. oldbird put up a flow chart. Check it out and follow it. Might help
If fuse #22 in the distribution box under the hood isn't blown, and you know your GPR is shot, then disconnect the two small wires from the GPR and tape the ends of them up so they don't touch anything. One of those small wires is a ground supplied by the PCM. If you have no wait to start light on the dash, that usually means no power to the PCM. If the GPR is shorted internally, it can put 12v back to the PCM on that ground wire and cause all sorts of problems. I would double check fuse #22 though, because that is the fuse for the PCM and also the fuel bowl heater which is very common to short and blow that fuse, and since you had the bowl out moving it around, there is a good possibility the bowl heater shorted and blew that fuse.

OK so I whent over what you were saying also when as far as replacing the glow plug relay still no change waitwait toto sstart light doesn't even come on unless I switch the key back and forth rapidly then only flashes still no obd2 scanner can connect to computer
Might be your ignition switch. Unplug the fuel bowl heater just in case. Are you sure the GPR is working correctly? If you can't communicate with the pcm check your in dash fuses can't remember the fuse # though.

I Checked the dash fuses and the ones under the hood all are good.
